I am in need of a room mate to share a 3bed, 2 bath home. Quiet neighborhood in a culdesac within 1 min of Winthrop downtown. The room for rent is the master bedroom with attached master bath and walk in closet. Great natural light, plenty of privacy and shared living space of the kitchen and living room. No cats please. I am a very laid back room mate, I live clean and quiet, and have an older border collie who is also very clean and quiet. Full fenced back yard, and just down the road from mini storage. Serious inquiries only please. I prefer a fellow female, but will consider anyone who can pass a background check. $750 would be your portion of the rent, plus shared utilities.
