Clothes dryer repair?

Can anyone recommend someone who can repair a clothes dryer in the Winthrop area? Mine has stopped heating, and I suspect the heating element needs replacement. I've had a start at looking into it myself, but got to a point where I'm not confident I could replace parts I was started to get at.
