Licensed Builder available for decks, porches, railings, and other small/medium sized projects
Mindless Enterprises (License # MINDLE*763L7)
Local carpenter available for small to mid-sized projects (from Carlton to Twisp. +/_ a couple miles). I work primarily with wood and metal, and sometimes stone. A one-man crew, but I can do a surprising amount by myself!

Do you do exterior painting, e.g. window trims etc?

Hello,
I'm sorry, I didn't notice your question-- the best way to contact me is at a.mindless.question@gmail.com (Yes, I do have a phone, if you are wondering. I don't give the number out freely; you will appreciate this when I am working for you and not on my phone all day...).
To answer your question, that would depend on the size of the project. I paint/stain/varnish my own work, and I sometimes paint other stuff in order to match, but if you were looking for the entire exterior paint job or another large-scale project, that would be something better for Twisp River Painting, or someone like that.
Thanks.

Ooops!
It's been pointed out to me that I mis-typed in my original post: I work from Carlton to Winthrop, +/- a couple miles.
And I do work outside of that range as well (I have done several projects on Wolf Creek and up the Chewuch), but I have to charge a little for travel time outside of my home range.
Thanks.

Had Jeremiah of Mindless Enterprises relocate, rebuild and add handrail to steps off my deck. First class all the way Quality work at a fair price. Highly recommended. Jay Helfrich

I just wanted to recommend Jeremiah to anyone who needs a project done. I’ve hired several builders for various jobs - he's excellent and very reasonably priced.
