Helicopter over Mill Hill

There was a helicopter hovering over Mill Hill this morning (Wednesday) and it looks like it left some tall new thing behind. Anyone know what is going on? Thanks!

They were lifting poles, I assume it was for the extension of fiber optic system the REA has been doing. They were working just north Mill Hill, along the county road, a couple weeks ago.
