Hi, for sale:

50 lb bags of Organic Central Milling Artisan Bakers Craft Unbleached Organic White Flour.

I used this flour to bake glutinous sourdough with, but I can no longer bake with wheat and have made the switch to gluten-free sourdough baking. I would like to get only what I paid for them, which is $44 wholesale through Azure Standard (www.azurestandard.com). Their retail price is $47.88.

You can combine this flour with a higher-gluten flour for bread baking, or use it as an all-purpose flour. I've used this flour for years and am very happy with it. Don't need 50 lbs? Bag it smaller and freeze it, or simply store it in air-tight containers. Whole-grain flours will go rancid fairly quickly; white flour is shelf stable for much longer.
