Like all buildings it is deteriorating fast. A leaky roof I believe. I would like to see it a cluster of small shops. Oh well. I dont think it cursed...ownership has something to do with it. Maybe karma.

I know of two Butternut (white walnut) trees in Twist. Shaped like a pecan, textured like a black walnut. We had one in Chelan but it wasn't hardy. Its on a rental property and doesnt get care. Breaks my heart. Taste like butter. Had filberts at the ranch. Lots of black walnuts around.

Was in my house at Harolds. I gifted it to a dear friend, then she moved giving it back. A wonderful piece for 150 dollars.
