These were not charges for the EV charger. One was a membership to some workout center in Garden Grove, CA, and the other was to an online beauty supply place in Vancouver, WA.

Town of Twisp EV charger
So I was going to try out the charging station in front of Twisp Town Hall. It shows that it is a ChargePoint system. Since I don't have an RFID card, I went to load the ChargePoint app on my phone. Gave it a debit card to sign up and I immediately had 2 bogus charges to the card before I had gotten...

I agree that going through a bunch of hoops to try to fool scraping is a waste of time, but would note that part of that data gathering is an attempt to link data points, like a phone number with a full name or email address. Well, heck.
I'm guessing my technique of replacing the zeros with O's is even less effective? What's the alternative for trying to communicate on the bulletin board? Surrender to the "scraping"? Get a burner phone just for this use?
