I recommend getting a ‘woodford’ brand and get it unused unless you can easily swap it out when it fails

Also available are electronic devices that hook up to your battery that emit sounds/frequencies to deter rodents. Not sure how effective they are yet as the one we have came with the new to us crv, maybe others here know if it works or not. We also have four cats
