Do you really want just any horse manure? If so I got tons free for the taking, but putting it straight on your garden will result in thick weed growth (I’ve tried it). I’d recommend trying some that has been properly composted to kill the weed seeds.

I am cleaning up the barn and have 50+ metal T-posts that we no longer have any use for. Also have electric fence materials, including lots of electric polytope and insulators. Free to anyone who can use them and can pick up promptly.
